1 Introduction & Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the sbj6 platform and all services associated with it. By using the sbj6 website, application, or any of its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

These terms serve as a legal document that defines the relationship between you (as a user) and the sbj6 platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using this platform.

2 Eligibility Requirements

3 Account Registration & Verification

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

sbj6 supports the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 per method.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal timeframe: Successfully verified requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used for the deposit.
• sbj6 follows Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies — sbj6 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious financial activity, and the account may be temporarily suspended during such investigations.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed if any active wagering requirements have not been met.

5 Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms

sbj6 provides promotional offers and bonuses from time to time. The following terms apply to all bonuses:

• Welcome bonus: New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.
• Wagering requirement: A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount — on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
• Each individual is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to any other account.
• sbj6 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer without notice.
• In cases of bonus abuse, sbj6 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.

6 Fair Play Policy & Game Rules

sbj6 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all users. All games offered on our platform operate using industry-standard Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

• Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed after launching the game. It is recommended to read the rules before starting a game.
• If the outcome of any game becomes uncertain due to a technical error, sbj6 reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the bet amount.
• For sports betting, odds provided before a match begins are not final — they may change depending on circumstances.
• If evidence of manipulation or cheating in any game is found, sbj6 reserves the right to close the account and void any associated winnings.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the sbj6 platform:

• Abusing bonuses by using multiple accounts.
• Employing betting strategies intended to circumvent bonus terms (bonus hunting, account hoarding, etc.).
• Using automated bots, software, or scripts to play games.
• Colluding with other users in an attempt to influence game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to breach the security of sbj6's systems or networks.
• Providing false or misleading information.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure, and all associated balances and winnings will be considered void.

• A game being interrupted mid-session due to internet connectivity issues.

13 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

sbj6 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any clause of these terms.
• If documents requested for identity verification are not provided within the specified time.
• If evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.
• In response to the user's own self-exclusion request.

Before account closure, arrangements will be made to return any valid balance (verified deposits excluding bonuses), however the balance may be held temporarily while an investigation is ongoing.

14 Policy on Changes to Terms

sbj6 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, reasonable advance notice will be given to users where possible.

If any competent authority rules any part of these terms to be invalid, only that part will be considered void — the remaining terms will remain fully in effect.
